The Buddha Machine is a small plastic audio player pre-loaded with a series of looping, low-fi ambient soundscapes. I've had mine for over 10 years and decided to run it through modular effects as the seed for a full modular performance. Each performance starts with a raw Buddha Machine loop, which is sampled into Instruo Arbhar, and then doused with reverb and Hologram Microcosm. The rest of the performance is built around that.

These also represent the first time I've used the Squarp Hapax for modular sequencing (through Mutant Brain), and it's really great.
