
Excellent toning segment to "JOLENE" by Miley Cyrus (love this rendition!) We use 3lb weighted hula hoops for this upper body workout which follows after 5 minutes of hula hooping. Low weights, high reps! We target small muscle groups to create a lean feminine toned body, not bulky. If you want to challenge yourself, you can grab 2 hula hoops to increase the weight to 6lbs.
