I first heard Guns N' Roses' version of this song in the 90s. I didn't find out it wasn't originally theirs until a few years later. I'm becoming more of a Bob Dylan fan as I grow older. First released in 1973 to coincide with the film Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid - this is "Knockin' On Heaven's Door."
