
As a dancer I burn A LOT of calories so I eat 2500-3000 calories per day, BUT I intermittent fast and eat mostly high-protein, low-carb foods.
The key: what works for your body, and what’s the most sustainable?
Here’s a breakdown of my eating habits, in case they help you with yours (and let me know what works for you in the comments!!):
🕛 Breakfast: Intermittent fast so sticking to water for the first four hours.
🥤 Lunch: Keep it light with a protein shake and some chicken & veggies.
🍔 Dinner: Here’s where I load up on calories and try to consume the rest of my protein.
💪 Calorie Goal: I aim for 2,500 to 3,000 calories a day to match my active lifestyle.
🍕 Balance Matters: No strict diets here. I still enjoy things like pizza and sweets if I want but keep it generally healthy.
⏰ Intermittent Fasting: I don’t eat between 8pm-noon the next day.
