In this video, I present a receiver based on the #SI4827 using the SI4844 Arduino Library and the OLED setup.
The #Si4827 is an entry-level, analog-tuned, digital-display CMOS AM/FM/SW radio receiver IC that integrates the complete receiver function from antenna input to audio output. Similar to the #Si4844, it uses the same programming interface, making it easy to adapt between the two models. However, one key difference is that the Si4827 provides mono audio output, whereas the #Si4844 supports stereo.

Designed to work seamlessly with a host MCU via an I2C-compatible 2-wire control interface, the Si4827 enables frequencies to be displayed on an LCD while retaining analog tuning functionality. It enhances FM and SW band coverage and additionally supports the reception of China TV channel audio within the FM band. The advanced control algorithm integrated into the Si4827 ensures a simple and reliable interface, eliminating the need for manually tuned external components typically found in traditional solutions.
