Minister of Training and Tertiary Education, Sandra Husbands, announced this on the latest edition of The People’s Business.
She outlined plans for the new ministry to provide more places for technical and vocational education, as courses are currently oversubscribed by some 2,000 each year.
And it is the plant of the Graydon Sealy Secondary School, formerly the Garrison Secondary, that is to be repurposed, after it is relocated from Paddock Road, St. Michael, to Chelston Park, Collymore Rock, also in St. Michael.
