
This 20-minute theta wave meditation is designed to assist in relaxing the nervous system. I have personally been experimenting with using theta waves for the past 8 months before programming, writing, and before bed. I notice a deep sense of calm and clarity when used in the morning. In the evening, they help to relax the body and ease the transition to sleep.
It feels very restorative and is a great way to lead into a longer meditation session.
Low volume and headphones are recommended. Enjoy.
