Mentally unwinding after work is essential for good mental health. As a musician, I have the enormous luxury of being able to grab my guitar and just start playing. I used this video as an opportunity to test out my new little Mooer multi-effects processor, which is why the sounds in the song are changing. Things will be a bit different in the future, as I'll limit myself to two sounds.Turn on the camera, press record in GarageBand, and I begin improvising on my guitar. Whether it's a guitar solo or harmonic chord progressions, anything is possible, it's all there, no plan, just go for it. Only music and the visual arts offer this.
