
I think it's all about starting. If you see something that you are ok with letting go of, then do that. Also, if you are giving stuff to the thrift shop or charity shop, that it is quality and clean. It's about being kind to yourself and helping your future self. So night you will do the dishes so morning you will not be facing it 😊 Past you will put the socks away so future you can grab them real quick when rushing to get dressed.
