The Coalition has promised almost $5 million to help people in remote and regional areas access medical care.Angel Flight, a charitable organisation operated by volunteers, says the funding will help save lives.
The organisation has about 3,000 volunteer pilots who last year operated about 5,000 flights between remote areas and major cities.
