I cannot believe the date is almost here! In less than two weeks I release 'Years' , an album with a very literal title as I've been working on some of these tracks since 2016.
It's been a true labor of love and I must confess it's been difficult to keep these tracks a secret as I feel this record represents my best work to date. So many times I thought about putting this out as an EP with fewer songs but I'm glad I held back until it was complete.
This is a departure from my beat tapes, live jams, budget gear explorations and general instrumentals. This is a "real" album utilizing all of my studio, production techniques and writing skills.
It may surprise people to find that the majority of these songs are vocal tracks. That's right, there's singing on this one by yours truly (well me and my robots) and as such, it's really more of a pop record than anything.
And I think there's something for everyone here. Pop, rock, synthwave, industrial, trip Hop, etc. It's all there.
So give it a go on July 29th. It will be available on Bandcamp and every streaming platform known to man.
