The Bhagavad Gita teaches that the mind is a powerful tool, but it can either uplift or destroy a person based on how it is handled. A controlled mind is calm, clear, and focused, leading one toward self-realization peace, and success. Such a mind becomes your best companion, helping you navigate the ups and downs of life without losing balance.
Translation:-
For him who has conquered the mind, the mind is the best of friends; but for one who has failed to do so, his own mind will be his greatest enemy.
Hindi Version:-
