Dumb Mistakes You Missed in the Minecraft Movie. Let’s talk about the crafting table scene. Steve explains to Henry and Garrett how to craft stuff using a table, but the movie completely skips over one big detail from the games—players can also craft simple items straight from their inventory. Like, you can literally use your inventory to make a crafting table in the first place. But in the movie, there's no mention of that. So how did Steve make his first crafting table? Did he just wait until he stumbled upon one in a village? And if so, who made that one? Then there’s the Elytra issue. In the game, Elytras let you glide, not fly. You drop altitude fast and need fireworks to stay up. But in the movie? Henry and Garrett are soaring like pros—no altitude loss, barely any firework use. At one point, Henry blasts off like a rocket. So either the movie gave Elytras a serious upgrade, or they just ignored Minecraft physics. Not gonna lie though—it still looked awesome.
