-- ENG -- For the older ones among us, some may remember the cult albums of the famous Athenian band NIGHFTALL, such as Parade Into Centuries (1992), Macabre Sunsets (1993), Athenian Echoes (1994), the provocative Lesbian Show (1997) or I Am Jesus (2003), or the groovy Diva Futura (1999) during the @holyrecords2170 era... Ah, nostalgia, when you hold us. We love so much @NIGHTFALL_band actually at METAL OBS like SEPTICFLESH, ROTTING CHRIST, NECROMANTIA as well ! After a few years of recording silence and yet some good albums (Cassiopeia in 2013, and At Night We Prey in 2021), and despite the assumed depression of its frontman, what a great pleasure to find its singer Efthimis Karadimas in top form on their excellent new and 11th opus called Children Of Eve (@seasonofmist/2025). This one turns out to be very varied, powerful and melodic, in short, a must of 2025 ! Our old friend tells us everything, unfiltered. Thank you for playing and thank you for your loyalty over the years...

-- FR -- Pour les plus vieux/vieilles d'entre nous, certain(e)s se souviennent peut-être des albums cultes de la célèbre formation athénienne NIGHFTALL, tels que Parade Into Centuries (1992), Macabre Sunsets (1993), Athenian Echoes (1994), les provoquants Lesbian Show (1997) ou I Am Jesus (2003), ou le groovy Diva Futura (1999) durant l'ère Holy Records... Ah, nostalgie, quand tu nous tiens !! On aime tant NIGHTFALL à vrai dire chez METAL OBS. Après quelques années de silence discographiques et pourtant quelques bons albums (Cassiopeia en 2013, et At Night We Prey en 2021) malgré la dépression assumée de son frontman, quel grand plaisir de retrouver en pleine forme son chanteur Efthimis sur leur excellent nouvel et 11ème opus Children Of Eve (Season of Mist/2025). Celui-ci s'avère très varié, puissant et mélodique, bref, un must de 2025 ! Notre vieil ami nous raconte tout sans filtre. Merci à lui d'avoir joué et merci pour sa fidélité durant toutes ces années...
