An homage to local graffiti writer Mike "Dream" Francisco, an insistence to dream is echoed in an installation by the freeway entering the city of San Francisco. Commissioned by Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, this public art project was created by artist and YBCA 100 honoree Ana Teresa Fernandez, in partnership with Martin Luther King, Jr. Middle School.
