Joey Beltram is an absolute legend in the electronic music scene. his status has a lot to do (but not only) with the release of "Energy Flash" on belgiums high class imprint "R&S Records". Funny enough that Beltram, living in New York, asked beforehand several labels in his hometown if they would be interested in this production - they all quit. Some 30 years later the track is known for being groundbreaking, mentioned in techno books, film documentaries and so on...
