We made Nureungji Chicken (Korean Scorched Rice Chicken) for dinner with my sister’s family. Mom & dad were pretty excited about doing rotisserie on our backyard. We did a smoked rotisserie chicken at low temp. then switched to griddling at higher temp. to make the crispy scorched rice crust with the rice stuffing. It was one of the best chicken we’ve ever had!
