Phone addiction is real, and it's not shameful. Self control is not a matter of willpower. You don't have to beat it on your own. Sometimes, most of the time, self control means finding help. Be it a program that limits your time on your phone, or another person holding you accountable.

I know this is a little like your dealer telling you to lay off. But at the end of the day, these videos don't matter at all. No harm in watching our videos, please do, but like fast food or alcohol, moderation is preservation. Consume responsibly. :)
