My channel will involve: Advice, support and locations where to buy land and property in and around Kinshasa.

Mbudi and CPA are areas that have developed within the last 10-15 years. This area have seen a a steady growth of Construction activities and the booming of population in the area. There is Water from the national Water board ( Regideso) and power suply from SNEL. CPA power suply is more stabil compared to other parts of Kinshasa. CPA is a nice area to open up a business due to its vicinity to Gombe ( Commercial Business District/CBD).
