
WE TAKE:
🔹 medium pumpkin 1.5-2 kg
🔹minced meat 400 gr
🔹 onion 1 pc
🔹 grated cheese 100 gr
🔹 spices, salt to taste (I have dried garlic, paprika, suneli hops, dried adjika, Svan salt)
WE DO:
✅ wash the pumpkin thoroughly, cut it in half and take out the seeds
✅ peel the top of the pumpkin, cut into pieces and grind in a blender (can be grated)
✅ finely chop the onion and mix with ground pumpkin, spices, cheese and minced meat
✅ we start the lower part of the pumpkin, and place it in a baking bag, making a small cut on the bag
✅ put the pumpkin in the oven 180-200 degrees for 50-60 minutes (check readiness by piercing the pumpkin with a knife)
✅ take out the finished pumpkin from the bag, cut into pieces and serve garnished with greenery
* minced meat and pumpkin go well together and the dish turns out juicy, so when serving, you can put the meat filling separately, and serve the pumpkin next, cut into large pieces
