
WE TAKE:
🔹 chickpeas 200 gr
🔹 cilantro 1 small bunch
🔹 sesame seeds-2-3 tbsp.
🔹 onion 1 small head
🔹 garlic 2 cloves
🔹 salt, spices to taste, I have: dried garlic, smoked paprika, curry
🔹 vegetable oil for frying
WE DO:
✅ soak chickpeas in cold water, periodically changing the water, or put it in the fridge overnight
✅ Rinse the soaked chickpeas well and immerse them in a blender with herbs, sesame seeds and spices - grind until fine crumbs
✅ Pour oil into a small and high frying pan or pan and heat
✅ form balls of chickpeas and fry in oil until golden crispy
✅ dry the finished balls on a cloth napkin
✅ serve with yogurt sauce with garlic and herbs
* such a roll can be stored as a semi-finished product in the refrigerator
* instead of Arugula, you can take spinach, instead of cheese, feta cheese or curd cheese - experiment!
