The method of non-binding treatment of patients with local burns, which account for 75% of the total number of thermal lesions, is presented. Special aerotherapy units (ATU) allow you to create an abacterial environment with the specified parameters of temperature, pressure and humidity, which are maintained in automatic mode. A scientifically-based method of treating burns of various depths in a regulated abacterial environment is given. With a high contamination of burn wounds with pathogenic microflora, the bactericidal effect of ozone was used.
The shown technique helps to protect the wound from infection, reduces the duration of treatment by 1.5-2 times.

Представлена методика бесповязочного лечения больных локальными ожогами, которые составляют 75% от общего числа термических поражений. Специальные аэротерапевтические установки (АТУ) позволяют создавать абактериальную среду с заданными параметрами температуры, давления и влажности, которые поддерживаются в автоматическом режиме. Дана научно-обоснованная методика лечения различных по глубине ожогов в регулируемой абактериальной среде. При высокой обсеменённости ожоговых ран патогенной микрофлорой использован бактерицидный эффект озона.
Показанная методика способствует защите раны от инфекции, сокращает сроки лечения в 1,5 – 2 раза.
