YMHSVL (יום הסבל) means day of suffering. This recording was made in a nonstop 24-hour recording session. However, it was not my day of suffering, but the suffering of the Palestinian people as they are being massacred by the Israeli military, nonstop for months and years now. End the Israeli occupation, end the genocide, end the American Empire, free everyone everywhere.
A note about Major Demons: I hope to never encounter the true power and suffering of such a heinous thing. May this album act as an amulet, absorbing and refracting the suffering contained within, allowing us to process and heal pain. May this demon ward off suffering, as much as it can.
