Here is a loose #recipe for the medicine tea that I have been making for myself while sick with this viral infection. It has been helping me, and if you are coming down with #covid-19 symptoms, maybe it will help you too. Any of these ingredients can be made into tea on their own, or in different combinations. This is just how I have been making it, it also helps to conserve ingredients to use a little of each for every batch. Sometimes I will throw lime juice or hibiscus flowers in as well.
The ingredients used in the video are:

Water
Cinnamon bark
Ginger powder
Turmeric powder
Star Anise
Grape Seed Extract

This tea is very beneficial for your respiratory system and overall health. I call it “Internal Armor” and wrote this song for my medicine tea. ‘Internal Armor’ by @freesouljah
