Patch:
The patch is really simple when you figure it out. If you hold a key it's basically sounds WOW-WOW-WOW-WOW, with the lfo to filter. They key here is the pattern. It's placed really well and masks that WOW-WOW.. but makes it sound like there is some crazy modulation on the filter(almost like someone is scratching a vinyl). LFO to filter, the right pattern and distortion. That's it.
You can hear LFO speed here(listen the whole track if you have time):
They used Juno-106 trough Boss Heavy metal distortion. Juno have sub osc, use one. Juno also have nice chorus and they probably used that as well. So Synth-Chorus-Distortion.
1. Make sure your LFO is free runing(not restarting when you press a key)
2. You will need to dial in the right LFO speed and modulation amount to the filter.
3. Filter is around 50%(ofc use that as starting point) and resonance around 70%(if you have filter emulations use diode ladder filter)
4. You need to nail the pattern and the note length. This is the key.
They used two patterns. The main one and one for the buildup. I believe the one for buildup is actually part from the main pattern, just used different start point(8-15) and it's half bar long repeating twice. They sampled the riff because in some parts of the song it sounds the same every bar. In other you can hear the free running LFO creating variations from bar to bar.
Here is how it should look like in piano roll view:

Here are some samples from my sampler:
Unfortunately Mother-32 does not sound like Juno-106. This is the closest i can get with my equipment. Had a Boss distortion in the past and they sound really fuzzy. Regret selling mine but i think is a big key in that sound(and a noise gate for that angry distortion box). Daft punk used Boss Metal Zone for their early stuff(Juno-106 for Rollin' & Scratchin', MS-20 riff on Da Funk...) they have the same screaming vibe.
