Introverts often feel like they don't belong. That their voice is in some way less important than others. In a society that often tells us we should be loud to be heard, introverts often struggle to reconcile their comfort zone with expectations from society. This talk will help introverts understand how they are valuable members of society, that their voice matters tremendously, and that there are ways to reach equilibrium between being seen and heard, while at the same time enjoying time alone. Introverted traits are assets, not limitations. Tehsin Takim is an entrepreneur and passionate public speaker with a deep commitment to helping introverts find their voice in a world that often overlooks quiet strengths. Years ago, a transformative encounter led him to explore the depths of introversion, sparking a personal journey of self-discovery and advocacy for embracing one’s authentic self. By sharing his experiences, Tehsin seeks to inspire others to break free from limiting stereotypes and celebrate the unique advantages of being introverted. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at
