A major fire has broken out at a Russian school used to train future tank commanders.Footage posted on social media shows billowing smoke and flames engulfing the roof of a building reportedly in Kazan.
The fire broke out at the Higher Tank training college, where future tank commanders and crew learn their skills, Tass news agency said.
