We’ve got this one employee that lives in an old drafty pop-up camper behind his aunt’s house.
Now with winter coming and it getting cold we thought we’d build him his very own tiny home.
We’re using leftover scraps from other projects so there’s lots of seams. I’m going to use Great Stuff’s Wide Spray to seal everything up.
The kit comes with both a fan and cone nozzle. I’m going to use the blue fan nozzle to foam up the seams.
First, I make a vertical pass; then, I turn the nozzle for a horizontal pass.
This stuff works awesome, and it’s a lot of fun to use.
I was able to seal up all the splices and other areas where the air could potentially leak into his house with ease.
Because this guy is almost always late for work, I thought I’d make his house moveable. It’s hard to make an excuse for being late to work when you live on the jobsite.
We gave him a spot on top of this dirt pile with beautiful mountain views- he was so excited and grateful!
The first thing he did was eat a meal in his new home.
And thanks to Great Stuff’s Wide Spray his house was warm and cozy.
Hopefully he will get a good night’s sleep and show up for work on time in the morning. @hausplans
