We're excited to showcase some top-tier global bass music from one of our favourite record labels; Gravitas Recordings. Formed in 2011 by Jesse Brede, Gravitas Recordings has worked with and/or supported many incredible global bass artists to rise to prominence; a list which includes CloZee, Govinda, David Starfire, SOOHAN, VOLO, MORiLLO & many more.

Along the way @Gravitas Recordings has also taken part of various community-driven projects, including fundraisers to support Internet freedom, children's education, access to water and ALS research. Furthermore, the label adopts a “pay-what-you-want” model for all their releases, while also having created @Gravitas Create which provides artists access to resources to improve their music production skills.

The label has undoubtedly added a positive glow to the esteem and aesthetic of global bass music, as well as carrying a valuable ethos as a music label and we're honoured to include their music on our channel.

We handcrafted this special mix to celebrate some of our favourite tracks from Gravitas' huge bag of tunes and are excited to premiere it this Thursday while the Gravitas crew and artists join us for a live chat / AMA Q&A.
