
The process requires to remove the bottom portion of the speaker (the one with the passive radiator), which is glued to the main housing. This part is probably the most complicated portion of this job.
Next we remove seven small Philips screws and remove the entire internal assembly of the speaker. Remove the driver from the bottom and gain access to the battery. The battery is glued into position with double-sided tape. make sure not to damage the battery as we remove it.
Assemble the speaker again in reverse order. Before closing up the speaker, make sure that all buttons as well as the USB charging port are in working order.
