Successful Completion of IHMMC'25 for School Students | Learn Robotics with Sourbh Kumar

The *AEC Hardware Club* of *Asansol Engineering College* successfully organized the *International Innovative Hardware Model Making Competition 2025 (IHMMC'25)* for school students on **January 30, 2025**.

This prestigious competition was first introduced in *2019**, and due to the overwhelming enthusiasm and interest in technology among school students, it was decided in **2023* to provide a global platform for young innovators. In *2025**, the competition reached new heights with **270+ teams and over 1500+ participants* from across the world. Among them, *31 school teams* participated, with *19 schools* attending the event in offline mode.

*Grand Inauguration*
The event was inaugurated by:
✅ **Dr. (Prof.) G.S Panda**, Principal-In-Charge, Asansol Engineering College
✅ **Dr. (Prof.) N. N. Pathak**, Dean, Asansol Engineering College
✅ **Mr. Sourbh Kumar**, Founder of LDI & Co-Founder of XRobotics
✅ **Dr. (Prof.) Sandip Halder**, HOD, Dept. of BSHU, Asansol Engineering College

They were warmly welcomed and honored by **Mr. Soumen Sen**, Faculty Coordinator of the AEC Hardware Club.

*A Platform for Innovation*
The event provided a *dynamic platform* for young minds to showcase their *talents, creativity, and problem-solving skills**. With enthusiastic participation, the competition witnessed a **remarkable display of knowledge, teamwork, and innovation**. Sessions were filled with **insightful discussions, challenging activities, and inspiring moments* that extended learning beyond the classroom.

*Judging Panel & Competition Structure*
Guided by our esteemed **Principal-In-Charge, Dean, and expert judges**, the participants were divided into two clusters:
📌 *Cluster 1* – Students from *Class 1 to Class 8*
📌 *Cluster 2* – Students from *Class 9 to Class 12*

Each participant was recognized for their efforts and **awarded a participation certificate**.

This year’s *IHMMC'25* was a huge success, fostering *innovation and creativity* among school students globally. Looking forward to an even bigger and better competition next year! 🚀🌍🔧
