Here is a full chase of the UP LOF63 Oxnard Local from Camarillo to Santa Paula, CA, a rare run that happens a couple times a month.

We begin at the Camarillo siding on the UP Santa Barbara Subdivision, where LOF63 had just served International Paper, waiting for Amtrak 770 to pass by. With the route all clear, the local, powered by solo UP GP60 1010, highballs north toward Oxnard, where it will shove into the Ventura County Railroad (VCRR) interchange yard to pull a string of loaded autoracks. Once its cars are set out at Oxnard Yard, the engine grabs a single hopper for Spears Manufacturing, the lone customer in Santa Paula.

LOF63 waits in the hole at Oxnard to follow Amtrak 761, then follows it up the main to South Montalvo, where it will branch off onto the Metrolink Montalvo Subdivision for a brief moment before beginning on Sierra Northern (SERA), formerly Fillmore & Western territory. Passing rural fields, the train makes its way east into Santa Paula, spots the single hopper, then proceeds back westbound as a lite engine to Oxnard, tying up by the Amtrak depot.
