Okay I know that it seems like we say this in most countries, but the people we met in Timor-Leste were soooooo kind!!! Hud and I were joking that the tourism board knew we were coming and intentionally planted their nicest people on the local busses to help us!❤️ If you see this, thank you so much to everyone who was so kind to us in Timor-Leste! We hope to meet you again someday!
🌍 The country is also so unique! The only Portuguese speaking country in Asia. The only Christian majority country in Asia. They use US dollars but their own style coins.
😱 Our biggest regret is that we didn't do any snorkeling or diving while we were here! So many people there told us about the beautiful coral just off shore. And in the right season how you can even see the largest animal in the world, the blue whale.
