Raw material for the potential Dizzy Tiger Music Co release: Stay Out Forever - 'Dream Pop (Volume 3)' (DTMC129) Basically, I dream that Slowdive were appearing as a radical booking on Ant & Dec's 'Saturday Night Takeaway' and this was the song they performed at the start of the show. Ant & Dec opened proceedings silently in their usual positions at the top of the audience's seating rows and were pulling ironically buff poses. We all agreed that Slowdive did very well in the circumstances. I'd had at least one earlier dream that night featuring original subconscious songs but, what with being weighed down by Buckles the cat, Carolyn sleeping very heavily next to me and Sara in the middle of a few days' staying with us in the other room, I didn't feel able to get out of bed to record them.
