Here’s a chatty video of me being my messy and beautiful self! In it I'm talking about my creative week and I also share the song that I'm getting ready to work on with the band. I'm trying to train myself to get out of my own way so part of that is showing up as my unedited self which is definitely happening in this video! My thoughts on introversion and the battle to be our true selves are also part of the video and I share my Spookypie Doll that sums up this duality of the face that we show in public and our true selves.
