EDIT: I will make sure to work on my narrative mixing. Gotta go back to basics it seems. I very much appreciate all the feedback.
Hey everyone! Today we are going over 5 simple things I would have realized before I started building my system and making music. I see so much info out there that is coming from people who rep eurorack companies or straight up work for them. I am hoping I can give you some objective advice that no one is paying me to give you!
The five tips are as follows:
1. DON'T search by popular on ModularGrid.
2. Get more power & a bigger case.
3. There's almost no difference between gates & CV.
4. Modular is about workflow and voltage.
5. Perform, Record, Compose.
The patches in this video are going to be featured in an upcoming live performance here in Ann Arbor, Michigan.
If you would like to see me patch from scratch, watch my rehearsals, get samples, or have modular instruction/consultation I now have a patreon for that! Follow my linktree below.
Thanks for watching!
