Join us as we RUN, BIKE, SURF, KAYAK and practice YOGA in some stunning parts of the UK.

Join Ali Gillum and Tash Reed as they adventure into WILD WATERS. Heading out of London up to the striking Scottish Highlands, these long-term friends kayak in the Scottish sea and across lochs, wild camping, sharing about their lives and the mental health benefits they experience getting out into nature 🚣 🚣
