D-lab project. Modify a function generator to operate as a DDS VFO for the Johnson Viking II transmitter. I installed one of my Iso-key boards to isolate the Viking from the sensitive electronics in the generator. VFO plugs into the rear 8 pin octal socket (just for keying, no power). Operates just like the old VF-122 (CW-Phone) I am documenting and will soon offer these units. A nice inexpensive plug & go device! No more drift! More info: d-labelectronics.com or
