"Moving Forward" is about moving on from the past, and enjoying the present. It's also about trying to be less afraid of change.
The idea for the track started when I listened back to a recording of a modular synth jam I had made, and found the interestingly detuned sounding part that became the intro of the song. I found the challenge of integrating that sound into an otherwise very easy-to-listen-to track very compelling.
