▶️Ingredients:
✔ Cottage cheese 5% fat - 400 g
✔ Egg - 1
✔ Salt - a pinch
✔ Flour - 1 tbsp
✔ Sugar - 2 tbsp
✔ Vanilla sugar - 10 g
▶️Cooking:
✔ Place the cottage cheese in a bowl.
✔ Add the egg.
✔ Grind with a blender.
✔ Stir in the flour.
✔ Add vanilla sugar and white.
✔ Form into balls.
✔ Fry the cheesecakes in vegetable oil and butter.
✔ Flip.
✔ Cover with a lid.
