“This mix is one of the most personal musical journeys I have collated. I am a Latina, born and raised in Puerto Rico; my father is Colombian, so most artists are from these two countries. It’s a tribute to my amazing parents for enriching my childhood and exposing me to the wonderful world of music. From my father being in a band (Hermanos Ferreira) with his siblings to my mother joining the band to watching them being working musicians during my early years. These are mostly songs from records I have inherited from their collection, plus others I have found along the way. You will hear a variety of Latin sounds from bomba, plena, pachanga, merengue, salsa, bachata,
to Venezuelan funk!"

Raised in a family of musicians, Puerto Rican-born DJ & Producer Daisybelle was destined to tread her own musical path. An avid vinyl collector, her extensive library and knowledge span continents, genres, and eras. Her deep-seated passion for all music is reflected in her carefully considered and eclectic DJ sets.
