Three years ago, I took a leap of faith, leaving behind a stable job as a speech language pathologist to pursue my passion in real estate.With zero savings and money to put into deals, I faced the daunting task of building a career from scratch.
Without cash for marketing, I started driving for dollars, scouring neighborhoods, and calling property owners.
I went on countless drives through local neighborhoods, eyes peeled for potential properties ready for investment.
Days turned into weeks as I diligently scoured the streets, jotting down addresses and making calls in hopes of scoring a deal.
It was during one of these drives, in the neighborhood of Vilano Beach, that I stumbled upon a property that was my dream home.
I went home, skipped traced properties and hand dialed each one of them, trying to get a hold of every seller but had zero luck except one of the leads.
With little negotiation skills, I managed to seal the deal.
Fast forward to today, we have our million-dollar Sub To acquisition. This journey serves as a testament to the power of consistency and the belief that big dreams can be achieved with dedication.
