'The Music of Felbm', a film by Pierre Zylstra, takes us through the discography of Dutch composer and musician Eelco Topper, from his debut on Soundway Records in 2018 with 'Tape 1 / Tape 2', to his recent conceptual release 'cycli infini'. The film tells the story of how Felbm came about, how things started by noodling with an acoustic guitar onto 4-track-cassette and evolved into a more conceptual approach for his residency-made-record 'Elements of Nature'.

Key to the film is the context it provides to the 38-minute track and album 'cycli infini', exploring the concept and inspiration for this composition - such as how the idea of using cycles and repetition came to fruition and was applied. Throughout the film we see Eelco move around in his studio as well as in nature, which he admits is his main source of inspiration and might continue to be so for future Felbm music.
