MEAT&drag is lyrical artistic research, supported by MEATigation NFR project no. 303698 & RTAI Real Time Telematic Audiovisual Improvisation artistic research grant, Norwegian Directorate for Higher Education. The song & video are inspired by the work of philosopher Sophia Efstathiou, which analyses meat replacement as drag to argue that ‘meat’ is a fluid category.
