"Talk Talk" was the first single from the album "The Line Are Open", and this video, along with the videos for "Heart of the City" and "Chains", were filmed in Toronto over just a few days.
Lead singer and songwriter Dean McTaggart (who generously provided a VHS copy of these videos) recalls the shoots costing "well into the six figures" – a massive budget at the time. Dean mentioned that the three videos were shot by Champagne Films, which was a big video company in Toronto at the time, and that the band didn't have a lot of input into them.
