WP Carey stock is up 16% year to date, which is really surprising since the overall market is down quite a bit after recent events.
 
And looking at the recent earnings, we also don't see phenomenal numbers or anything, as a matter of fact, they missed on FFO big time.
 
But this company is changing quite drastically in the recent years, hence why the dividend scorecard is also showing negative growth, but more on that later in the video.
