Ingredients:
large chicken breast – 3 pcs. (each cut into 3-4 pieces as for cutlets)
For the filling:
champignons – 500 gr.
onion – 1 pc.
carrot – 1 pc.
sunflower oil – 40-50 ml.
hops-suneli – 0.5 tsp.
ground coriander – 0.5 tsp.
salt to taste
For the garnish:
potatoes – 1 kg.
onion – 1 pc.
Sauce for dressing and for greasing the rolls:
sunflower oil – 5 dessert spoons
ground sweet paprika – 1 tsp.
coriander – 0.5 tsp.
ground white pepper – 1/3 tsp.
salt – 1 tsp.
Add half of the sauce to the potatoes, and spread the rest on top of the rolls.
