• 150 ml milk 🥛

1️⃣ Peel and slice the bananas, but don’t cut them too thin. 🍌
2️⃣ Crack 2-3 eggs into a bowl, add sugar (optional), and whisk well. 🥄
3️⃣ Add the flour and mix until smooth—no lumps! 👌
4️⃣ Pour in warm milk, mix again, and finish with a tablespoon of oil. 🚀

🧈 Grease the pan with butter and lightly sprinkle it with sugar. Lay the banana slices evenly.
🥞 Pour the batter over the bananas. Cover with a lid and cook on low heat for about 10 minutes.
↩️ Flip using a plate, then cook the other side for another 2-3 minutes.
