📌300 ml-Lukewarm water
📌Dry yeast -10 gr (heaped teaspoon)
📌Sugar-1 tbsp
📌Salt - a heaping teaspoon
📌 Vegetable oil -2 tbsp
📌 Light white flour -520 g
Preparation:
Mix lukewarm water, yeast, sugar, salt and oil in a bowl. Gradually add sifted flour and form a soft, non-sticky dough. Inflate it twice. After the second swelling, divide into 3 balls, roll each ball to a thickness of 1 cm and form a baguette shape as I showed in the video. Make cuts with scissors and our baguette takes the shape of an oat branch.
Cover with a towel and let rest for 10 minutes.
Brush with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame or fennel or poppy seeds.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden.
