In this video I make a fan that can be raised and lowered hydraulically.Our fan is fully adjustable so we can raise and lower it as we wish.I used a lithium standard battery to power this fan which will last a long time.I have also provided a switch to honor the fan.Track: Stars - Next Route [Audio Library Release]
